Cup of Killian
Killian Mansfield was a very special young man who recently lost his battle with a rare form of cancer called synovial sarcoma. My kids and I first got to know him through some good friends and further when Killian's parents opened a general store in West Shokan, N.Y. and decided they wanted to serve Beanstock Coffee.
Decafs
This is a special point of pride for us, because decafs present more of a challenge to create great taste. Decafs should taste like real coffee. Really good coffee. So we offer only the ones we feel offer fantastic flavor when roasted to perfection
Flavored Coffees
Because we fancy ourselves more on the side of coffee purists, we don't have a huge selection of flavored coffees. We approach flavored coffees much the same as we do our non-flavored coffees. Choosing only the ones we feel are stand-outs or special coffees. Check back often for seasonal offerings!
Medium Roasts
Your stalwart companion throughout the day. Solid and steady. Less bright, but more depth and body.
Mellow Roasts
Easy on you (and your friends). Lighter roasts for extra brightness and a more nuanced flavor profile.

Select Series
Introducing the Select Series. While we always strive to find truly great coffees, these represent special coffees that offer upper tier quality in both flavor, body and the overall cupping experience. Availability will be extremely limited as they will be purchased in small amounts and once they sell out will, most likely, be gone for good. The idea behind the select series is to be able to offer rare and exceptional coffees to satisfy both the coffee connoissuer as well as those looking to expand their coffee knowledge and experience.
